The Weasley family is a such an important safety net in the world of protagonist Harry Potter, there is no way that Ron and Ginny would not make an appearance in Mattel’s line of ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets‘ dolls, which were made with the actors of 2002’s major motion picture in mind. Watching the Harry Potter films in the cinema, were always important dates in my childhood, which continued throughout my adolescence and were completed, when society categorized me as an adult. Even though I will always prefer the books of J. K. Rowling’s enormously famous fantasy saga about a young wizard fighting for the good, the films and their cast will always hold a special place in my heart! Now, sixteen years after the original release of ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets‘, Mattel decided to release a new line of six dolls, modelled after the characters appearing in the story. These characters are fan favorites Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley, as well as headmaster Albus Dumbledore and professor Minerva McGonagall.
